A modern self-catering hall close to the city centre. We work in partnership with Unite from whom we lease the rooms.

Parkway gate offers self-contained flats for four to six students. We lease 52 bedrooms in this hall

You'll enjoy spacious rooms with a dedicated desk space, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and under bed storage.
Rooms have a small double bed (190x120cm).

Bathrooms are en suite and include a shower with a cubicle door, toilet and sink.

Single En-Suite Extra Large
£261 per week/£10, 962 for total 42 week contract.
These rooms are larger than the standard en suite rooms. We have two rooms of this type.
Single En-Suite Extra Large High
£261 per week/£10, 962 for total 42 week contract.
These rooms are larger than the standard en-suites and are located on some higher floors. We have seven rooms of this type.
Single En-Suite Extra Large Highest
£261 per week/£10, 962 for total 42 week contract.
These rooms are larger than the standard en-suites and are located on the highest floors of the property. We have 38 rooms of this type.
We have a small number of other bedroom types which aren't advertised but may be allocated during our allocation process.

This hall does not have any fully adapted accommodation suitable for full time wheelchair users.
We can provide specialist equipment such as medical fridges, deaf guards etc.

Kitchens and shared spaces
Kitchens include an oven, an induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, breakfast bar and a sofa for socialising with flatmates.
Communal areas
The common room at Parkway Gate includes a pool table and TVs, plus free access to a fully equipped gym, karaoke room, dedicated video games room (with consoles) and cinema room. There are also study spaces for individual or group work. The hall also includes a courtyard area for outdoor socialising.
Parkway Gate is in a great location in the centre of the city. It is located near the University campus and Oxford Road.
We lease a portion of the Parkway Gate site so students from other Manchester universities will be across the site and may share your flat.

Rent doesn't just cover your room, it also includes all utilities (heating, electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi), personal insurance, 24/7 security support, access to communal areas, bike storage, laundry facilities (paid separately), and cleaning of communal areas (except during University closure periods).

Please note that while we try to provide as much information as possible, rooms can vary from the details and images provided. Occasionally, we have to change the use of a hall in response to demand; for example, we may change a hall from being for undergraduates to one for postgraduates.
